A few months ago I was contacted by Bernadette Banner. Bernadette is a historian specializing in experimental reconstruction of historical dresses. Her YouTube channel, over 1 million strong, is a wonderful community of artisans and historians alike. Her latest project was the reconstruction of a Victoria era gown which required silk and velvet flowers.
