Earlier this week M&S Schmalberg was featured in The New York Times [May 9th Style Section]. The writer Steven Kurutz spent a solid week getting to know my Dad and me personally while he observed a few “typical” days at M&S Schmalberg. We met with an array of clients and worked on some great projects. My Dad and I waited patiently for the article as we knew that whatever Steve came up with would be awesome…
I am not sure that either of us were prepared for just how awesome it would be!
Since the release of the article a couple days ago we have received an outpouring of support from friends, colleagues and strangers alike. I am truly taken back and humbled by the whole experience. I want to say THANK YOU to everyone who has helped M&S Schmalberg to exist these past 103 years. It is an honor to be carrying on my family’s legacy, I look forward to many more years to come!
